		Mr. Lobo's first book contains his first formula of hope, determination, engagement, and encouragement		Luis G. Lobo has faced dramatic change and assimilation challenges since boyhood. His formula of hope, determination, engagement and encouragement are contained in his first book "It Is Your Attitude". He was born in Costa Rica, Central America, the oldest of five children raised in Lincolnton, NC.   Employed by Branch Bank and Trust   for 21 years, he serves as Regional President of the Potomac Region based in Frederick, Maryland.
